Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain large-scale Citrix environments, including Citrix servers and virtual machines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Citrix infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix solutions.
Develop and implement best practices for Citrix administration and management.
Provide expert-level support for Citrix-related issues and incidents.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in Citrix infrastructure.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Citrix technologies, including Citrix Server and Virtual Apps and Desktops.
Experience with Citrix management tools, such as Citrix Hypervisor and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong understanding of ITIL principles and methodologies.
