Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Citrix Administrator to join our team at Proziod Analytics PVT Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining Citrix environments, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain Citrix servers, including XenApp and XenDesktop.
Configure and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment.
Ensure high availability of virtualized environments through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and implement best practices for Citrix administration.
Provide training and support to end-users on Citrix applications and desktops.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Citrix technologies, including XenApp and XenDesktop.
Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with other virtualization technologies is an added advantage.
