Cisco Enterprise Networking Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect at C1, your role is to provide customized solutions to address moderate to complex business challenges for ConvergeOne's customers. You will work closely with the account team to design and implement outcome-based solutions that include strategic products and services. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as a subject matter expert in key technical solution areas such as Collaboration, Customer Experience, Security, Data Center, and Enterprise Networking - Analyzing customer needs to develop tailored strategies that align with business objectives - Providing solution consulting, technical design, and sales support for account opportunities - Conducting live demonstrations for customers and sales teams - Maintaining technical competency and certifications for core products and solutions - Delivering customer-facing presentations at various events and conferences - Collaborating with manufacturer technical peers to ensure accurate solution design and delivery Qualifications specific to domain expertise include: - 5-8 years of experience in Collaboration and Customer Experience - Expertise in Cisco Collaboration, Avaya Collaboration, Microsoft, and other related solutions - Knowledge of SIP and Cloud-based services and architectures - Familiarity with collaboration industry protocols and technologies Required qualifications for the role: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills - Certifications or equivalent experience in the area of focus - Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously - Strong relationship-building and collaboration abilities - Experience in virtual office environments C1 offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) Plan, Medical Coverage, HSA with Employer Contribution, Dental and Vision plans, FSA Plans, Paid Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Plan, Wellness programs, Travel Assistance, and various insurance options.
