You will be responsible for shaping the mobile strategy, managing cross-platform development, ensuring best coding practices, and delivering world-class mobile experiences to our users. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and a product-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end mobile application development across iOS and Android platforms. Define the mobile architecture, development processes, and long-term technology roadmap. Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of mobile developers. Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver seamless mobile solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, maintainability, and security of mobile applications. Key Requirements: Proven experience 8 to 9 Years in mobile application development with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role. Strong hands-on expertise in native (Swift, Dart, Kotlin/Java) and/or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native). Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices, performance optimization, and app store processes. Experience in CI/CD, mobile testing automation, crash analytics, and release management. Excellent problem-solving and architectural design skills. Strong understanding of REST APIs, backend integration, and cloud-based services (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Azure). Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
