The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with a passion for teaching and a commitment to continuous learning. This role requires delivering high-quality training on Cisco Service Provider solutions both virtually and on-site. Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert-level Cisco Service Provider training (CCNP SP level and above) to a global audience. Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions, adapting delivery style to suit diverse learner needs. Regularly update and enhance course materials to reflect the latest Cisco technologies and industry best practices. Provide mentorship, assessments, and feedback to trainees to support their learning journey. Offer post-training technical guidance and support to ensure successful application of learned concepts. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain training quality and consistency. Requirements: Minimum Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Preferred Certification: Cisco Certified Network Professional – Service Provider (CCNP SP) Proven experience in delivering Cisco-focused training programs, especially within Service Provider technologies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing technical talent. Willingness and ability to travel internationally for training delivery. Flexible to work rotational shifts across different time zones.
