Responsibilities

Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Cisco ACI fabric across enterprise data center environments.Architect and configure APIC controllers, leafspine topology, tenants, VRFs, EPGs, contracts, and policies.Integrate ACI with virtualization platforms like VMware, HyperV, and other compute environments.Troubleshoot complex issues related to ACI fabric, policy enforcement, connectivity, and segmentation.Implement and manage ACI MultiPod and MultiSite architectures for enterprise-scale resilience.Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure policy alignment with business needs.Automate operational tasks using Python, REST APIs, and Ansible to improve speed and consistency.Monitor fabric health and performance using ACI dashboards, Cisco tools, and thirdparty monitoring platforms.Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of ACI components while ensuring minimal downtime.Maintain high-quality documentation for architecture, configurations, change management, and SOPs.Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance frameworks, and organizational policies.Provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices for ACI adoption across the organization.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Expertise in Cisco ACI Fabric ArchitectureHandson experience with APIC, leaf/spine switches, tenants, VRFs, EPGs, contracts, and ACI policy modeling.Strong Data Center Networking SkillsDeep understanding of Layer 2/3, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF, and multitenant network segmentation.Handson Experience with ACI MultiPod & MultiSiteProven ability to design, deploy, and troubleshoot multilocation ACI environments.Automation & Scripting ProficiencyAbility to automate ACI operations using Python, Ansible, REST APIs, and strong understanding of JSON/YAML.Virtualization & ThirdParty Integration ExperienceExperience integrating ACI with VMware, HyperV, firewalls (Palo Alto/Cisco ASA/FTD), load balancers (F5), and service graphs
