Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a passion for language and customer excellence.

• Bilingual Mastery:

  Exceptional proficiency in both

  Mandarin Chinese

  English

  , encompassing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Translation & Interpretation:

  to accurately convert written text and

  interpreting skills

  for effective spoken communication between Chinese and English.

• Linguistic Experience:

  Experience in providing professional

  language services

  , including linguistic assistance and/or teaching.

• Proficiency in Writing:

  High proficiency in

  writing and editing

  in both Chinese and English to ensure clear, professional, and grammatically impeccable correspondence.

• Organizational Skills:

  Excellent

  organizational and time management skills

  to handle high-volume customer interactions efficiently.

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Linguistics, or a related field.

• Experience Advantage:

  Prior experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
