Carrying out Preventive Maintenance activities & adherence to PM schedule as per the requirement Maintaining Spares & consumables inventory levels as per the operational requirement Lead the team to have 100% adherence to Safety standards for all activities at site Co-ordinate with Sustainability team to identify & execute Kaizen projects for energy efficiency improvement & water consumption optimization at site. Co-ordinate with Q&FS team for addressing issues wrt GMP/GHP & HACCP points & driving the team towards maintaining high quality standards in Utility areas. Identifying & maintaining Best Engineering practices in all Utility areas Maintain good peer relationships with both internal & external stake holders. Working towards the Continuous improvement of Utility systems. Work with all stakeholders requirements safety, quality, Operation, admin, warehouse engineering and small & Minor projects. Writing the business case for each project and align with PLT and SLT members before raising the Cab. PRP compliance with cost tracking for each project. Vendor selection for all small Minor projects and closely work with commercial team. Intime Project capitalization with alignment finance team. Maintaining the FA register. Asset tagging after capitalization. Preferred candidate profile1. Experience in Utility Operations and Maintenance is required.2. Experience in utility equipment operation and maintenance from FMCG manufacturing is preferred.3. Thorough understanding of factory utilities and statutory requirements.4.
