Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Responsible for Day to day operational Monitoring & troubleshooting & Maintenance of Utility equipment Like- Refrigeration Plant, Air Compressor, Air Dryer, Nitrogen Plant, Cooling Tower, Boiler, RO Plant, Softener, Pumps etc. Must have experience in operating/ handling ammonia based refrigeration plant, Cooling tower operation. Innovative modification in the exiting equipment facilities to improve performance, efficiency and life cycle of machine with reduction in energy consumption. Lead the development and integration of reliability maintenance strategies and methods to improve maximum availability of equipment and facilities for the process. Preparation of Monthly Utility consumption and major maintenance activity report. Responsible for Project work related to Utility, Chilling Equipment, Installation & Commissioning. Preference will be given to candidate have additional experience of operating Air-compressor, Nitrogen Plant. Preferred candidate profile : 1. The Incumbent should be Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ B. Tech. - Mechanical from recognized institute/ University. 2. 0 to 5 years having good working experience in Pesticides/ Agrochemical manufacturing industry. Perks and benefits : Negotiable
