orientedsomeone Location: Gurugram / Hybrid / On-site Type: Full-time Experience: Fresher Industry: Embedded Systems/IoT/Tech Services About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and dependable support engineer to join our growing team. This role bridges the gap between our development process and real-world implementation, ensuring smooth firmware deployment, hands-on client support, and continuous monitoring of deployed systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist in flashing firmware onto devices and preparing them for deployment. Provide remote support to field teams or clients by attending calls, diagnosing issues, and guiding troubleshooting processes. Monitor system dashboards to ensure all installations are operating as expected regularly logging into customer accounts to review performance and system health. Visit client sites as needed to understand requirements, attend meetings, provide hands-on support, and occasionally take on responsibilities similar to a site engineer. Who You Are: Technically inclined with basic knowledge of firmware flashing and embedded systems (training will be provided). Comfortable with the Linux operating system with basic knowledge of command-line instructions Comfortable communicating with clients or teams over the phone for real-time issue resolution. Self-motivated and detail-orientedsomeone who notices problems before others do. Willing to travel when necessary for client visits and on-ground support.
