Job Description

Role & responsibilities Business Development: 1. Responsible for compliance with quality standards at CC. 2. Assuring the test results for incoming milk & monitors CC Fat & SNF gain and losses. 3. Escalate any deviations not meeting as per the FSSAI requirements Process Development: 1. Visit to CC once every month to monitor the performance and ensure proper functioning of the CC. 2. Ensure the milk Analyzers calibration, & maintains the Analyzer credentials. 3. Identify deviations and blacklist agents in case of continuous supply of substandard milk. 4. Maintain hygiene and maintenance of CC on a regular basis. 5. SAP monitoring of all tests and information uploaded by the CC Chemists. 6. Handle issues related to quality on priority to prevent disturbance at later stages. 7. Monitoring Chemicals, Glassware and equipments at CC and timely intimate plant stores to ensure smooth functioning. 8. Monitor the performance of the CC Chemists and provide training for increasing efficiency and accuracy in performance. 9. Provide the CMP trainings based on the requirements and follow up trainings. 10. Preparation of Adulteration chemicals and ensure to stock availability in CCs and ensure the best before dates. 11. Monitors Regulatory Compliance: Staying up-to-date with relevant regulations like FSSAI, related to milk quality, safety, and hygiene. Ensuring that the milk procurement processes adhere to these standards. 12. Responsible for Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in the milk procurement process and quality control procedures. This might involve suggesting process changes, equipment upgrades, or training initiatives to enhance overall quality. 13. Responsible for handling quality-related issues that might arise during milk procurement, processing, or distribution. This involves identifying the root causes of problems and implementing corrective actions. 14. Responsible for analyzing the data related to milk quality, testing results, and process efficiency to make informed decisions and recommendations for process optimization. 15. Responsible for Milk supplier Training: Providing training and guidance to milk suppliers and collection centers to ensure that milk is collected and handled in a manner that preserves its quality (CMP trainings). 16. Overall continuous improvement of the raw milk quality by following up procurement timings, Hygiene for MBRT improvement. Preferred candidate profile
