Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Lab Assistant to join our team at Aarti Industries Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.
Ensure all quality control activities comply with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control role.
Possess strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
