Full job description Electrical: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment, machines, and control panels in the plant. Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, drives, PLCs, and wiring systems to minimize production downtime. Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and compliance with statutory regulations. Maintain and update electrical documentation, panel drawings, and maintenance logs. Coordinate with the production team to plan maintenance schedules without affecting operations. Supervise and guide electricians and maintenance technicians during repair and installation work. Manage spare parts inventory for electrical components and raise material requests as needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of frequent failures and implementing corrective actions. Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure timely repairs to reduce machine downtime. Monitor equipment performance and take proactive measures to avoid unexpected failures.
