Key responsibilities:

• Handling of market complaints & Co-ordinate with other departments for investigation.
• Participation in Investigation and documentation of market complaints
• To timely raise Management Notifications related to critical Market complaints and Recall.
• Ensure Effective Trainings & evaluation of technical SOPs related to Handling of Market complaints.
• Ensure to approve retrieval of reference samples in LIMS for Market complaints.
• Following all standard operating procedure applied to Market Complaint, Product Recall and Plant Procedure.
• Review and approval of QMS (Deviations, Change Control, CAPA, incidences, investigations etc.).
• Review and Approval of Artwork and responsible for Audit Preparation 
• Review and Preparation of respective work area SOPs in EDMS.
• Review of qualification and re-qualification of Protocols and Reports.
• To ensure getting necessary trainings as per the Training matrix.
• Ensure the periodic activities as per the quality procedures are performed in a timely manner.
• Facilitate review and support regulatory inspection management.
• Monitoring and tracking of various compliance actions arises due to regulatory inspections and internal\customer audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Functional Head time to time.
