Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sampling & Material Management

Perform sampling of all packaging materials as per the approved plan, following proper procedures and priority guidelines.

Daily Reporting

Prepare daily quality-related reports, including PQRS, average records, GMP audit reports, and training records.

Production Monitoring

Monitor finished goods parameters during production to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Training & Compliance

Conduct monthly training sessions for plant workers and staff on GMP, hygiene, safety, quality systems, and compliance requirements.

Production Support

Ensure timely packing of all materials according to the production schedule.

Documentation & Records

Maintain production reports, received RM/PM (Raw Material/Packaging Material) data, and physical stock records.

Stock Verification

Verify the physical stock of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials on a regular basis.

Audit Monitoring

Monitor and support monthly GMP audits for both units.

Pre-Production Activities

Before production starts, issue batch codes, MRP, USP, and ensure calibration of weighing balances is checked and documented.
