Qualification:

  • M.A./M.Sc. in Child Psychology or Clinical Psychology
  • Practical experience in schools, child development centers, or relevant child-focused organizations is mandatory


Role summary:

Child Psychologist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze impact data from field operations and feedback to refine existing psychological tools, assessments, and modules within our holistic child development products.
  • Optimize the developmental alignment, usability, and effectiveness of psychological content for children across different age groups.
  • Ideate, conceptualize, and prototype new tools, games, and exercises focused on emotional, behavioral, and cognitive development, ensuring they are age-appropriate, culturally relevant, and evidence-based.
  • Conduct daily research and maintain a structured log on existing psychological and mental wellness products for children, identifying features, gaps, and trends to inform innovation.
  • Benchmark Indian and global child psychology and SEL products to support continuous improvement and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with domain experts in Nutrition, Physical Health, Cognitive Science, and Academics to co-create holistic, interdisciplinary child development solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional design sessions to ensure psychological accuracy and integrity across all product elements.
  • Prepare internal research summaries, psychological content drafts, and behavior guides, while supporting documentation of rationale and outcomes related to psychological components.


Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of child development theories and psychological assessments.
  • Research proficiency and experience in literature review and market analysis.
  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset for designing child-friendly interventions.
  • Familiarity with behavior management, SEL (Social Emotional Learning), and developmental psychology.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.


Preferred Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in working with children in clinical, school, or product development settings.
  • Experience in designing or contributing to educational or wellness-based products for children.
