Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at KourierX, located in Mumbai. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technological vision, leading software development, managing IT strategy and architecture, and driving product development initiatives. Key responsibilities include strategizing long-term tech development, managing multiple tech projects, and ensuring the integration of innovative solutions to optimize logistics operations. Collaboration with other executives to align technology goals with business objectives is essential. Qualifications Expertise in Software Development including programming, code architecture, and system maintainability Experience in Project Management including planning, execution, and overseeing tech projects Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture to develop and implement long-term technological frameworks Skills in Product Development to translate business needs into tech requirements and oversee product lifecycle Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in the logistics or delivery service industry is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Show more Show less
