Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer, located in Mumbai. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology strategy, managing software development projects, and driving product development initiatives. The role involves leading the IT architecture, ensuring robust project management, and aligning technological advancements with the company's business goals.

Qualifications

  • Software Development and Product Development skills
  • Project Management and IT Strategy skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing IT Architecture
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Experience in the logistics or delivery services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
