Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Pune. The CTO will oversee technology strategy, manage end-to-end product development, and ensure the alignment of IT architecture with business goals. Day-to-day tasks include leading cross-functional teams, driving innovative technological solutions, and setting a long-term vision for the company’s technology infrastructure. The CTO will work closely with senior stakeholders to support organizational growth through digital transformation and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Development and Product Development
• Strong knowledge of IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture
• Expertise in Project Management for technology-driven initiatives
• Leadership skills to manage cross-functional technical teams
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in technology-focused leadership roles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in the education sector or edtech solutions is a plus
