Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer based in Trichur, Kerala. The Chief Technology Officer will oversee the organization's technology strategies, manage IT infrastructure, and lead software and product development initiatives. The role includes project management responsibilities, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation of technology solutions that align with organizational goals. The individual will also design and enforce the overarching IT architecture while enabling technological advancements that drive business success.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development
• Proven experience in Project Management and leading cross-functional teams
• In-depth understanding of IT Strategy and developing long-term technology roadmaps
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing robust technical Architecture
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of financial services or cooperative society operations is advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Candidates who have worked in implementing Core Banking solution in Banks and NBFC preferred.
