Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer - Enterprises and Civil Drones, located in Gurugram. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the R&D Team for development and implementation of software solutions, managing projects, defining IT strategies, and devising system architectures. Day-to-day tasks will include leading product development initiatives, ensuring technological efficiency, and aligning tech strategies with business objectives. The CTO will also collaborate with other executives to provide technical direction and support innovation within the company.

Qualifications

• Skills in Software Development and Product Development for different drones solutions
• Experience in Project Management and R&D Strategy
• Expertise and knowledge about DGCA guidelines
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in the drone technology is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
