Role Overview

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the
technology roadmap
aligned with business strategy.
Lead development of
digital lending platform
, including onboarding, KYC, loan management, and collections.
Ensure
data security, scalability, and compliance
with RBI/NBFC guidelines.
Oversee
architecture, infrastructure, APIs, and cloud platforms
.
Build and manage a
high-performing engineering team
(developers, DevOps, QA, data engineers).
Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver
customer-centric solutions
.
Evaluate and integrate
AI/ML, automation, and analytics
for credit scoring and risk management.

Key Requirements

15+ years of technology leadership in
FinTech, NBFC, Banking, or SaaS platforms
.
Strong expertise in
lending systems, APIs, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and security frameworks
.
Proven experience in
building scalable, high-availability financial platforms
.
Prior startup/FinTech exposure preferred.
Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related; MBA/Executive education is a plus.
