Role Overview:

As the CTO, you will be the driving force behind our technology strategy, product architecture, and engineering execution. You will lead a highly capable team of AI researchers, engineers, and product developers to deliver scalable, secure, and breakthrough deep tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy & Vision:

• Define and evolve the company’s technical vision in alignment with business goals.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI/ML trends (especially in LLMs and Computer Vision).

Product & Engineering Leadership:

• Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI systems.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of core products in LLMs and Computer Vision.
• Ensure best practices in AI model development, software engineering, DevOps, and MLOps.

Team Building & Management:

• Mentor and manage engineering, ML, and research teams.
• Recruit top technical talent and foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and performance.

Collaboration & Execution:

• Work closely with the CEO, product heads, and business leads to translate ideas into reality.
• Oversee technical partnerships, vendor relationships, and IP development.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML with a strong foundation in 

  LLMs, NLP, Deep Learning

  , or 

  Computer Vision

  .
• Proven experience building and scaling 

  production-grade AI systems

  .
• Strong software architecture, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data infrastructure skills.
• Prior experience in a leadership/management role in a startup or product-driven AI company.
• Expertise with frameworks like 

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face

  , OpenCV, etc.
• Strong understanding of 

  data privacy, model explainability, and ethical AI

  .

Preferred Attributes:

• PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience with MLOps tools like MLFlow, Kubeflow, or similar.
• Published research or open-source contributions in AI/ML/LLM domains.
• Track record of building and managing tech teams in fast-paced environments.
