Chief Product Officer / Co-founder - AI enabled compliance platform for banks and fintechs (equity based)

Finxera building the next generation of AI enabled financial compliance infrastructure to automate and enhance AML, KYC, Sanction screening , case management and transaction monitoring for banks, NBFCs, and fintechs and others.

Role Description

We’re seeking a domain-aligned chief product officer / co-founder at Finxera. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building AI models in banking domain in compliance stream, will lead product development, drive product-market fit, and oversee Finxera's product and engineering development team.

Intially this This is an remote, part-time role. The Chief Product Officer will be responsible for defining and implementing the overall product strategy and vision, managing product roadmaps, overseeing product development and design, leading project management efforts, and ensuring cross-functional team collaboration. The role will require close interaction with engineeringteams to ensure product success and alignment with company goals. This position also involves working closely with other executive team members to drive the company vision

Who We're Looking For ?

Qualifications & Attributes

• 10–20+ years of experience

   in banking, NBFCs, fintech, or regulatory compliance roles
• Proven track record working with 

  global banks or financial institutions

  , navigating cross-border regulatory and operational frameworks
• Deep expertise in 

  AML/KYC compliance

  , financial risk management, and regulatory oversight
• Strong industry network across 

  banking and financial services

  , with trusted relationships and stakeholder credibility
• Ability to blend 

  strategic vision

   with 

  hands-on execution

  , especially in dynamic, high-growth environments

• Deep hands-on experience in AI model development

  , particularly in financial services or compliance contexts
