Chief Operating Officer - Forged Machined Component

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Support the CEO and Board in translating strategic goals into actionable operational initiatives.

Operational Management & Implementation:

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including

  production, supply chain, quality control, and customer service

  .
• Implement

  Lean Manufacturing

  and

  TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

  methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
• Ensure robust implementation and adherence to all

  Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  as per business needs.
• Facilitate seamless inter-departmental coordination for optimized operational outcomes.

Financial Performance:

• Drive revenue growth and optimize cost structures to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets.
• Monitor key financial metrics and implement corrective measures where required.
• Develop and manage operational budgets ensuring financial discipline and stability.

Customer Focus:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering

  (Master's degree or MBA preferred).

• 20+ years of experience

  in manufacturing operations, including

  forging, machining, or precision engineering

  industries.
• Proven track record in

  operational leadership
