As the Manager of Cinema Operations for 5 southern states including Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh with approximately 5000 employees reporting to the CEO Revenue and Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary focus will be on enhancing productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Additionally, you will be required to offer key operational insights to the CEO and provide coaching to employees. **Key Responsibilities:** - Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy - Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations - Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth - Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research - Define and leverage the revenue potential of the region - Ideate and drive critical initiatives for sustained customer experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (F&B/operations/security/HR/Marketing) to enhance customer engagement - Nurture talent and cultivate a high service culture - Optimize costs **Qualifications:** - 18+ years" of executive experience - Strategic planning and business development experience - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Tech-savvy and data-oriented While it is preferable for you to be from the southern region of India and proficient in at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu), this is not a mandatory requirement.,
