Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will act as the right hand to the CEO. This is not just an operations role but a CEO Office leadership role, where you will be the mini version of the CEO – driving execution, managing reporting, and ensuring that every process of the company runs smoothly.

The COO will handle operations, vendor management, automation, and team building across our Ajmer offices (Nagra Office).

Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across office.
  • Direct reporting to CEO with daily/weekly dashboards.
  • Ensure every department (Sales, Service, Billing, Marketing) meets performance targets.

2. Vendor Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for services not handled in-house.
  • Ensure timely vendor payments and cost negotiations.
  • Build long-term vendor tie-ups and alliances for business scaling.

3. Service Delivery & Automation

  • Where in-house service delivery is not possible, COO takes ownership.
  • Drive process creation, SOPs, and automation of workflows.
  • Ensure client delivery standards are always met.

4. Team Management

  • Act as a bridge between CEO and teams.
  • Build and manage cross-functional teams with accountability.
  • Motivate, discipline, and align team culture with company vision.

5. CEO Office Support

  • Work closely with CEO (Bhavpreet Singh Soni) as his execution arm.
  • Implement CEO’s vision into structured plans and ensure 100% execution.
  • Anticipate business needs, propose solutions, and execute decisively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Workaholic & Target-Driven Personality – should thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • 4–10 years of experience in Operations / Consulting / Vendor Management / Business Growth.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and process-building skills.
  • Ability to think like a CEO – owner’s mindset, not employee mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy (automation tools, CRM, process mapping).

  • Fixed Salary (Negotiable as per experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹111,401.06 per month
