Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff (CoS) will serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing cross-functional initiatives, driving strategic projects, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. The CoS will act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders to improve efficiency and drive business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Assist the CEO in defining strategic priorities and ensuring their execution across departments.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support leadership in data-driven decision-making.

Operational Excellence:

• Work closely with department.
• heads to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to support the company's growth.

Project Management:

Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Oversee key transformation initiatives, including digital adoption and automation.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, including regulators, investors, and partners.

Represent the CEO in meetings, as required, and ensure key messages are effectively communicated.

Financial & Risk Oversight:

Collaborate with finance, risk, and compliance teams to monitor financial health and regulatory adherence.

Support in budget planning and working capital management.

People & Culture:

Assist in leadership development, organizational structuring, and workforce planning.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.

Candidate Details

Qualifications & Experience:

• Engineering + MBA Degree from top rung colleges
• 3+ years of experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, or financial services or strategy consulting companies.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
