The Role

We’re looking for a Chief Of Staff Role — aka partner-in-crime, problem-solver, research ninja, and occasional firefighter.

What You’ll Actually Do (No Corporate Jargon)

• Sit in meetings and pretend to take notes (but actually come up with solutions).
• Solve problems we didn’t know existed.
• Juggle strategy decks and WhatsApp reminders like a pro.
• Run interference when 5 different teams need him at once.
• Translate 2:00 AM ideas into actionable plans.
• Occasionally smell-test perfumes and give “honest but not brutal” feedback.
• Research, track, and kill bad ideas gently (“no, we cannot launch perfume with the fragrance of Maggi”).
• Be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Be the glue, the duct tape, and sometimes the WD-40 of EM5.

You’ll Fit If You…

Have 2–4 years of experience (consulting/startups/ops/anything that makes you resourceful).

Can switch from Excel to PPT/Canva without sighing.

Thrive in chaos and don’t wait for step-by-step instructions.

Believe “getting things done” > “looking busy.”

We need someone who can crush back-to-back meetings by day and own the party by night, social, charming, knows how to network over cocktails.
