Job Description

As the Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant at our corporate reporting, ESG, and stakeholder communications consultancy, you will be instrumental in supporting the CEO in strategic decision-making and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. This unique hybrid role blends the responsibilities of a Chief of Staff with the administrative tasks of an Executive Assistant. Your contributions will include driving key initiatives, coordinating efforts across departments, managing the CEO's schedule, and serving as a bridge between senior leadership and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic support to the CEO by assisting in high-level decision-making that aligns with company objectives. - Lead and manage critical strategic initiatives to ensure their timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. - Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. - Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare materials for presentations and meetings. - Handle communications on behalf of the CEO, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and facilitating follow-up actions. Qualifications Required: Core Experience & Skills: - Demonstrated experience in leadership roles, focusing on project management, operations, or administrative support. - Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative capacity is highly desirable. - Proficiency in digital tools and familiarity with social media platforms. - Knowledge of travel arrangements, including airline ticketing, hotel bookings, visa procedures, documentation, and restaurant recommendations. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and strategic insight. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: - Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with people. - Quick thinking, street-smart, and persuasive, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. - Capability to contribute valuable insights and ideas during business discussions.
