About the Role

Founder's Office

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder on

  strategic planning, execution, and priority initiatives

• Drive

  business operations

  , process improvements, and execution of key projects
• Prepare

  MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights

  for leadership reviews
• Track

  KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics

  across functions
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Tech, HR) to ensure alignment and execution
• Support

  business analysis, market research, and competitor analysis

• Assist in

  investor updates, board decks, and leadership presentations

• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities and drive closure
• Act as a problem-solver and execution partner for high-priority tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in

  business operations, strategy, consulting, or founder's office roles

• Excellent

  analytical, communication, and stakeholder management

  skills
• Hands-on experience with

  MIS, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making

• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Comfortable working in a

  night shift aligned with global stakeholders

Preferred Background

• Experience in

  startups, consulting firms, or high-growth companies

• Exposure to

  CXO-level stakeholders

• MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
