Our client is a Leading Pharma Consulting Company and hiring for GM Mechanical at Thane.

Review & Approve the Basis of design document for Black utilities such as BOD for Piping & Insulation ,
BOD for Black Utility system etc. design
Review & Approve the Basis of design document for Fire Protection system,Black Utility Equipment Specifications,Clean utility equipment specifications,
Review & Approve the Generation & Distribution P & IDs/ ULDS for Black Utilities.
Review & Approve the Generation & Distribution P & IDS/ ULDS for Clean utilities.
Review & Approve the Piping & Fire Protection system Drawings in Revit & Plan 3D Model.
Review & Approve the Equipment Layouts & Piping layouts
Set PBIS/KRA for team & Identify training need for the team members and develop them for scope services
Shall be conversant with all relevant codes and standards good hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Plant 3D and Revit Software Follow Code of Ethics set by the company
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Language.
Seeks information and help from others when assisting clients with queries
Keeps pace with high volumes of work when necessary MS Word MS Ecel AutoCad Revit PDMS
