Chief Marketing Officer

Location:

• Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead and mentor a marketing team focused on digital, brand, content, CRM, and PR
• Drive user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing through data-driven campaigns
• Oversee marketing analytics, attribution models, and ROI tracking to optimize spend and performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams for alignment
• Shape and evolve the brand narrative to enhance customer loyalty and market positioning
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Build strategic partnerships and media relationships to amplify reach and impact
• Report to the Managing Director and contribute to strategic marketing planning

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing, with 1–2 years in leadership roles, preferably in tech-driven or startup environments
• Proven success in scaling B2C or B2B2C platforms, with hands-on experience in performance and growth marketing
• Strong understanding of brand building, customer acquisition funnels, and digital marketing tools
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Data-oriented mindset with a strong grasp of metrics and KPIs
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a strong plus and highly welcomed
