About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our overall marketing, branding, and communication strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OTT / digital media and proven success in driving brand growth through data-driven performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s marketing, branding, and communication strategy.
• Conceptualize and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage external agencies, media partners, and creative resources.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Drive performance marketing initiatives with a focus on measurable growth.
• Analyze marketing KPIs and ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

• 6 – 10 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in OTT platforms, digital media, and performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of brand building, consumer insights, and market trends.
• Experience managing agencies, PR, and influencer networks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
