POSITION NAME:- Group Operations -UAT Projects Team

Department:- Group Operations

Title:- Chief Manager

Grade:- L5

Location:- Goregaon East, IT Park

Key Responsibilities;

Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders to obtain buy-in for requirements obtained.
Good knowledge of Group Insurance
Conduct periodic discussions with stakeholders with requirements
Liase with IT project manager and get the required development done in system.
End to end resolution approach
Process documentation
Exception handling

Education:- BE / B Tech / MCA

Work Experience:- 8+ Years

Other skill set:

Experience in project management
Interpersonal skills
Communication skills - verbal and written
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Attention to detail and accuracy
