Position Title

Chief Manager Sales and Alliance

Purpose of Role

Responsible for Sales and Customer acquisition, Account Management for dark fibre lease business

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Complete ownership of Customers PO and timely and accurate billing throughout the Customer lifecycle as per contract/MSA.
  • Drive new account acquisition for fibre lease business through co ordination with Telecom and ISP customers
  • Responsible for meeting monthly Sales targets and drive timely receivables from customers with credit control actions as required by working closely with collection teams
  • To manage new orders from existing accounts on dark fibre lease from ISP and Telecom customers and drive upsell in existing accounts with cementing relationships with Network, SCM and finance teams.
  • Ensure co ordination with internal service delivery teams for proper billing and collections and closure of Tripartite agreements with customers wherever applicable
  • Responsible for relationship management with STU and Telco stakeholders at Circle and generate business for dark fibre lease from new alliance accounts
