  • Prepare for and manage internal and external audits related to compliance.• Implement corrective actions based on audit findings and recommendations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degreeor relevant professional certification (e.g., CS, CA) is preferred.• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in statutory compliance or a related field, preferably in[industry or sector].• In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Good communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management software.

    Preferred

    Skills:

    • Integrity and strong ethical standards.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex compliance issues.
