Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage employee data repository with accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates. You will drive process improvements and automation in HR operations to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Additionally, you will ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires, compliance with labour laws and industry regulations, manage exit formalities, and lead the HR Shared Services (HRSS) team to deliver high-quality service and support. Key Responsibilities: - Manage employee data repository and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates. - Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations. - Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires. - Design and deliver induction programs aligned with company culture and compliance requirements. - Ensure adherence to labour laws, aviation industry regulations, and internal policies. - Manage exit formalities including clearance, documentation, and final settlement. - Develop and implement HRSS strategy aligned with organizational goals. - Lead and mentor the HRSS team to deliver high-quality service and support. - Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery metrics for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Excel, PPT / visualization tools. - Ability to think strategically and apply findings to improve performance. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with various teams within the commercial function. - MBA/PGDM from a top-tier HR or related discipline. - Minimum 12+ years of experience in an HR Shared Services role. Additional Details: The company values strategic thinking, operational excellence, strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and experience in HR systems and data analytics. Experience working on Success Factors is preferred.
