Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with financial institutions, NBFCs, MFIs, and other lending partners to promote and sell Credit Life products that cover loan liabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with

    banks, NBFCs, MFIs

    , and other lending institutions for distribution of

    credit life

    insurance products.
  • Achieve assigned

    sales targets

    through effective channel partner engagement.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and joint field visits with partner staff to promote credit life offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with

    regulatory and internal policies

    in all sales activities.
  • Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and service.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and generate regular reports.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
