Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive

    credit policy design

    for cross-sell personal loan programs, focused on internal and partner customer bases.
  • Analyze customer behavior, repayment history, and

    alternate data

    to define eligibility and segmentation strategies.
  • Develop and optimize

    scorecard-based or rule-based underwriting

    models to achieve ideal risk-return balance.
  • Collaborate with

    Product, Analytics, and Tech teams

    to integrate policies into digital journeys and decision engines.
  • Monitor key

    portfolio performance metrics

    approval rates, delinquencies, roll rates, and loss ratios across customer cohorts.
  • Engage with

    credit bureaus and data providers

    to leverage external data for enhanced underwriting precision.
  • Ensure compliance with

    regulatory guidelines and internal governance frameworks

    .
  • Conduct periodic

    risk reviews

    and present credit policy performance to senior management and credit committees.
