Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Management: Co-ordinate with global and local counter parts to execute projects / programs based on product road maps and accountable for end-to-end delivery.
Program/Project Risk management: Proactively identify and address risks related to fulfilling QCD comments.
Collaborates with the functional HODs and leadership team to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Project execution: Manages and drives cross-functional projects across departments like engineering, product, operations, and go-to-market. Executive operations: Handles mid/high-level operational tasks, such as OKR (Objectives and Key Results) planning, business reviews Data analysis and insights: Analyzes business data, tracks performance metrics, and prepares reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. Cross-functional coordination: Acts as a central point of communication and coordination across different departments and stakeholders.
