Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Establish a governance framework for AI safety, risk management, and ethical AI usage.
Oversee security for IT and OT environments, including semiconductor fabrication systems, industrial control systems, and SCADA networks.
Implement zero-trust architecture and advanced threat detection for manufacturing systems.
Lead initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate AI-related risks, including AI-driven malware and adversarial attacks.
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, IEC62443, ISO42001 AIMS, NIST, GDPR, and Indian cybersecurity regulations.
Conduct regular risk assessments, penetration testing, and incident response drills.
Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, auditors, and external security partners.
Build and lead a world-class cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization and drive training programs for employees on cybersecurity best practices and AI safety.
