In this job the Network Support Engineer will provide support to our Global Networking Clients and projects in: * Deploying the customer solution and providing remote technical support. * Provide remote technical support to clients on networking and security products not limited to Versa, Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet. * Providing support in pre-sales activities, support responding on RFPs. * Building and supporting lab activities, working on customer PoC’s. * Collecting customer networking and security data and requirements and using the Health Check offering tools. * Creating technical documentation and executing on Validation and Test Activities.
