The Role

As our CGO, you’ll be the architect of growth across all brands. You’ll design and execute strategies that scale acquisition, retention, and revenue

What You’ll Do

• Own and scale all growth channels: SEO, performance marketing, affiliates, creators, and partnerships.
• Build a

  creator-driven and affiliate engine

  that drives 25%+ of new revenue.
• Expand internationally with localized growth strategies across APAC, EMEA, and the US.
• Work closely with Product, Tech, and Content to ship growth loops, funnels, and retention systems.
• Lead and inspire a high-performance team of growth specialists, analysts, and brand marketers.
• Drive

  CAC→Payback ≤90 days

  , optimize ROAS, and maximize LTV.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12+ years leading growth in

  consumer tech, marketplaces, or high-velocity D2C

  .
• Proven record of scaling a business from

  tens of crores to 100s+ crores

  with CAC efficiency.
• Deep expertise in

  SEO, paid UA, performance marketing, and partnerships

  .
• Hands-on with data—comfortable with GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, and attribution models.
• Global outlook: experience in international markets and multi-language growth a plus.
• High-energy leader who thrives in

  speed, chaos, and scale

  .
