Job Description

As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to propel the company forward. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Planning:** Develop business strategies across different regions. - **Product Marketing:** Create and implement healthcare strategic marketing plans to boost the success of our products in both the Indian and International markets. - **Business Development:** Identify and assess potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to enhance market presence and revenue streams. - **Thought Leadership & External Engagement:** Act as a thought leader in the industry, represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements, and build relationships with external stakeholders and influencers. - **Strategic Alliances & Partnerships:** Foster and oversee strategic alliances and partnerships with other organizations, industry associations, and ecosystem partners to drive mutual growth and collaboration. - **Performance Measurement & KPIs:** Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor progress against strategic goals. Establish a framework for performance measurement and regular reporting to executive leadership and directors. Desired Skills: - **Proven Experience:** Over 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role focusing on strategy development, business development, and growth initiatives in the healthcare IT sector in India and International markets. - **Healthcare IT Knowledge:** Comprehensive understanding of Healthcare Information Systems, Electronic Medical Records, Laboratory Information Systems, Radiology Information Systems, and other relevant systems. - **Healthcare Leadership Network:** Strong network in the healthcare leadership space in India and the SAARC region. - **Track Record:** Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability in a competitive business environment with a Healthcare IT company. Education: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
