Job Description

You are an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) responsible for leading the financial operations of a manufacturing company. Your expertise in financial planning, cost accounting, budgeting, capital management, and SAP systems will be crucial in shaping the company's strategic direction, optimizing financial performance, and driving sustainable growth. Your key responsibilities include overseeing financial management aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. You will also manage cost accounting functions to ensure accurate product costing and margin analysis. Collaboration with the CMD and executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan is essential. Additionally, you will be managing financial risks, liquidity, capital structure, and working capital requirements. Leading treasury, tax planning, compliance, and audit processes, as well as implementing and optimizing SAP systems for enhanced financial reporting and manufacturing performance tracking, are part of your role. Monitoring operational KPIs and cost drivers across the supply chain, production, and logistics will also be under your purview. Establishing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls are crucial responsibilities. Identifying opportunities for cost savings, operational efficiencies, and automation in financial processes is also expected from you. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and a CA degree, along with 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role within the manufacturing industry. You should possess a strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, CAPEX management, and inventory controls. Proficiency in SAP Business One module, experience in strategic financial planning, and capital raising are advantageous. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential for this position. Your skills in finance, manufacturing, financial reporting, financial planning, capital management, and SAP will be instrumental in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.,
