Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include financial leadership and strategy, such as developing and executing financial strategies aligned with company goals and providing recommendations to the executive team based on financial data and market insights. The role also involves managing manufacturing operations and cost control, including analyzing plant performance and implementing cost accounting procedures to track production costs and optimize cost structures. Financial reporting and compliance are crucial, ensuring accurate and timely reporting according to GAAP/IFRS and managing relationships with external stakeholders. The CFO is also responsible for risk management and capital allocation, identifying financial risks, managing cash flow and investments, and evaluating capital investments. Finally, team leadership and development involve leading and mentoring the finance team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with an CA or CPA/CMA preferred. Experience should include a minimum of 10-15 years in financial leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive finance role within the manufacturing sector. A proven track record in manufacturing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management is necessary, as is experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software. Required skills include a deep understanding of manufacturing cost accounting and supply chain dynamics, strong analytical abilities, and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A strategic mindset focused on process improvement is also important.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
