Job description Role & responsibilities Manage and oversee all production activities in the foundry to ensure smooth operations. Create production schedules and optimize time and cost efficiency. Supervise the maintenance of machinery and factory equipment to ensure operational reliability. Monitor and ensure the quality of final products meets required standards. Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve performance goals. Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively. Develop, implement, quality management system and enforce workplace safety procedures. Continuously identify and implement process improvements for production efficiency. Knowledge of Molding process, melting process, shell molding & process methoding. Skill Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field. Experience of 10 to 15 years in the foundry industry. Strong knowledge of Alloys steels & Alloy Castings manufacturing. Simulation knowledge of (CATIA/AUTOCAD/SOLIDWORKS) Design and development of patterns MS Excel, MS Office & ERP Excellent managerial, communication, and leadership skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Comprehensive understanding of industrial safety regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities System Design & Integration Architect embedded control systems for robotics and automation platforms Integrate servo motors, sensors, actuators, and drive systems into cohesive units Firmware & Software Development Develop and optimize embedded firmware (C/C++/Python) for real-time control Implement communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, Modbus) Drive & Motion Control Design and tune motor control algorithms (PID, FOC, sensor less control) Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, servo drives, and stepper motor controllers Testing & Validation Conduct system-level testing, debugging, and performance validation Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and simulation tools for diagnostics Project Leadership Lead cross-functional teams in product development cycles Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams Documentation & Compliance Maintain technical documentation, schematics, and BOMs Ensure compliance with safety standards (IEC, ISO, CE) Technical Skill Embedded Systems - Microcontrollers (ARM, STM32, PIC), RTOS, Embedded C/C++. Motor Control - Servo motors, stepper motors, BLDC, VFDs, encoder feedback. Drive Systems - Drive tuning, motion profiles, torque/speed control. Hardware Design - PCB design (Altium, Eagle), analog/digital circuit design. Protocols - CAN, RS-485, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, Modbus. Tools - MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, KiCad, JTAG, Logic Analyzer. Simulation & Modeling - Multisim, LTspice, Simulink for control system modeling.
