Job Summary

The Technical Content Writer supports the company's defense technology initiatives by producing high-quality technical documentation, proposals, and research-driven insights. This role bridges engineering concepts with client-facing communication, ensuring clarity, compliance, and strategic alignment with defense procurement standards. The writer collaborates across teams to shape system narratives, support innovation, and deliver timely, impactful content.

Roles & Responsibilities

Proposal Development

• Draft and structure responses to RFIs/RFPs in line with defense procurement protocols
• Create executive summaries, annexures, and supporting documentation
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with submission guidelines

Technical & Market Research

• Investigate emerging defense/security technologies and market trends
• Analyze vendor capabilities and summarize findings into actionable insights
• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations

Documentation & Communication

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, professional documents
• Maintain consistency, tone, and quality across all external-facing materials
• Develop templates and reusable content modules for future proposals

System Conceptualization

• Assist in outlining system architectures, workflows, and integration strategies
• Contribute to product narratives that resonate with client and market needs
• Support technical teams in defining and refining system-level documentation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with leadership, engineers, and external partners for accurate inputs
• Liaise with freelancers or vendors for design, formatting, or content support
• Facilitate reviews and feedback loops to ensure alignment and quality
