Job Summary The Technical Content Writer supports the company's defense technology initiatives by producing high-quality technical documentation, proposals, and research-driven insights. This role bridges engineering concepts with client-facing communication, ensuring clarity, compliance, and strategic alignment with defense procurement standards. The writer collaborates across teams to shape system narratives, support innovation, and deliver timely, impactful content. Roles & Responsibilities Proposal Development Draft and structure responses to RFIs/RFPs in line with defense procurement protocols Create executive summaries, annexures, and supporting documentation Ensure timely delivery and compliance with submission guidelines Technical & Market Research Investigate emerging defense/security technologies and market trends Analyze vendor capabilities and summarize findings into actionable insights Support leadership with data-driven recommendations Documentation & Communication Translate complex technical concepts into clear, professional documents Maintain consistency, tone, and quality across all external-facing materials Develop templates and reusable content modules for future proposals System Conceptualization Assist in outlining system architectures, workflows, and integration strategies Contribute to product narratives that resonate with client and market needs Support technical teams in defining and refining system-level documentation Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with leadership, engineers, and external partners for accurate inputs Liaise with freelancers or vendors for design, formatting, or content support Facilitate reviews and feedback loops to ensure alignment and quality Key Result Areas (KRAs) Timeliness : Proposals and documents delivered within required deadlines Quality of Documentation : Clarity, compliance, and presentation meet defense client expectations Research Accuracy : Insights are current, credible, and strategically valuable Collaboration: Effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders Innovation Support : Contributions enhance system concepts and company positioning Technical Skills Technical Writing: Structured documentation, proposal formatting, compliance alignment Research & Analysis : Market scanning, vendor profiling, technology trend analysis Engineering Literacy : Basic understanding of defense systems, electronics, and integration Tools : MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, version control tools (Git optional) Functional Skills Proposal lifecycle management Document versioning and control Stakeholder communication and review coordination Knowledge of defense procurement frameworks (e.g., DPP, RFP norms) Ability to synthesize inputs from technical and non-technical sources Behavioral Skills Independent Working : Self-driven with minimal supervision Problem Solving : Ability to resolve content gaps and structure ambiguity Communication : Clear articulation across technical and executive audiences Collaboration :Works effectively across teams and with external contributors Attention to Detail : Precision in formatting, grammar, and compliance Adaptability : Responds to evolving requirements and feedback What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and documenting cleaning validation activities as per regulatory requirements. Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Hyderabad(Dulapally) Department: Quality Assurance(Formulations) Key Responsibilities: 1. Co-ordinate for Review and approve of departmental SOPs/Guidelines/Operating instructions. 2. To supervise transfer of batches from lab scale to commercial batches at the shop floor and to ensure quality system compliance. 3. To prepare, review and approve of Master Formula Card (MFC), Scale up Report, Sampling plan, Scale up BMR, Process validation protocols (PVP), Process validation reports (PVR), Packing validation protocols, Packing validation reports, Hold time study protocols, Hold time study reports, Dissolution Profile Protocols (DPP), Dissolution Profile Reports and Pilot Bio-Batches Documents. 4. To assist in Technology Transfer of products from FR & D to production. 5. Monitoring of lab scale batches for tech transfer products. 6. Monitoring of Pilot Bio- Batches. 7. Documentation of experiments online in LNBs. 8. Co-coordinating with Cross functional departments i.e. PD, WH, QA, QC, AD, EG, & RA for process execution. 9. Trouble shooting during commercial scale execution. 10. To carry out feasibility trials in FR&D if required. 11. Compilation of all executed batch process documents and analytical documents and assessing the impact on the commercial scale. 12. Co-ordinate to Approve the specifications for raw material, packaging material, in-process, and finished product. 13. Co-ordination with purchase/ sourcing department for procurement of materials. 14. Co-ordination and participation of internal department audits/ sponsor or client audits.
